15 MPG!

Had a good week last week and I must share! I was in Louisville for most of it (Mon. - Thurs.) working. Monday started out with a trip to AVIS where I was hooked up very nicely with a 2007 HUMMER w/ heated leather seat, XM, etc. That was awesome, especially since I didn't have to pay for gas. According to my calculations it got approx. 15 MPG. which is actually better than I had anticipated and better than my last vehicle...a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Ext. Cab Long Bed 2WD...my advice is to stay away from Dodge pick-ups! I would get a H3 if gas was cheaper! Anyhow...I was a little stressed about the week otherwise...had to do a training on a program that I didn't know much about. God came thru and helped my sorry self out. Thanks Jeannie for prayers! Needless to say the training went great and I had a great week.

Got to see Josh and Gretchen while down in Louisville...They are always great fun! I was over at their house and we played a game with some other SBTSers. Funny story...we talked about the last time I saw them...we met at a coffee shop near their church...I couldn't remember the name. I asked Gretchen..."What was the name of the coffee shop where we all met? All that comes to mind is Butt Brother's, and I'm pretty sure that isn't it." She points to her kitchen counter where she had a mug from the shop setting...on the mug was their logo...proudly reading, "Heinie Brothers Coffee" We had a good laugh!

Thanks for acquiescing to my request.

I do remember us talking about the Butt brother's while we were leaving the place in the downpoor...very funny you remembered it that way.

I just laughed at myself writing we "left in the downpoor" that brough a funny image to my mind...downpour I meant of course.

I can have no other reaction to the phrase "Butt Brothers" than "Oh my word."

Jason! Butt Brothers?! hilarious. I liked the H3. That thing was cool, but too non-functional for me. If gas were still "one hundrend and twenty cents" as my dear mother says, I would highly recommend your purchase of a one in a non-red color. :)
